1. Nature of the Service
Cosmic Palm provides a digital Vedic palmistry and astrology report generated through a combination of computer-vision palm analysis, Swiss Ephemeris computations and AI-generated interpretation. The reports are provided strictly for personal, educational and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no statement in the report should be treated as a guaranteed prediction of future events.
2. Operator Status
Cosmic Palm is currently operated as a sole-proprietorship by an individual based in India. It is not (yet) registered as a private limited company or LLP. All payments are processed through a duly-KYC-verified Razorpay merchant account. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service or, if younger, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of the calculated chart is directly dependent on the birth details you submit (date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth). You are solely responsible for the correctness of this data. Cosmic Palm is not liable for any report that turns out to be based on incorrect inputs.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The current price of a full Destiny Report is ₹499. Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you confirm payment.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Cosmic Palm does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials on its servers. We only retain a non-sensitive Razorpay payment ID for accounting and support purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — the brand, design, copy, computational methods, AI prompts and generated PDF templates — is the intellectual property of the operator of Cosmic Palm. The personalised PDF you receive is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print, save and share it privately, but you may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of the report.
8. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to attempt to bypass the payment gateway, manipulate signatures, or reverse-engineer the API.
- You agree not to submit images that contain illegal, offensive or non-consensual content.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
9. No Predictive Guarantees
Vedic astrology and palmistry are inherently interpretive disciplines. While we use precision computations (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri Ayanāṁśa) and modern AI to produce a deeply personalised reading, we make no guarantee of accuracy, outcome, or material benefit. Any decision you take after reading the report is solely your own.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Palm and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
